Scheduler COnsole: Bringing the BCA Back!
Since the Launch of Business Objects XIr2, there is one tool people are missing greatly from the Business Objects Classic, and that is the BCA. If yourself have been managing an Xi environment you are probably aware of the difficulties you are having to have a true vision of what happened last night with all the scheduled reports.
We have extracted all the goodness of the V6.x BCA and left aside the utilities that were not useful to create the Business Intelligentsia Scheduler Console.
What it does:
- See what happened for the last report refresh
- Run failed reports
- Sorting by column
- Enhance Report Schedule Management
- Powerful report rescheduling
The Scheduler Console has been developed using the Business Objects SDK, and therefore its actions are fully supported by Business Objects. It is simply some pages of code to integrate onto your webserver. The applications comes in either .net or jsp so any Business Objects deployement can use it
